The Owners

The Wilsons have 4 children of their own and enjoy traveling to new and exciting places and making memories to last a lifetime. Jill has a bachelor's in Education. She has worked at Open Arms for over 16 years and has been in the Executive Directorship position for over 10 years. While in this role, she has also been an independent trailer by the University of Arkansas-ECEP to teach many child development courses to Early Childhood Educators in the area. In 2019 she was a Certified Coach by the Hutson Institute in order to meet the needs of educators on a one-on-one, more personable, basis. She has also been certified by the American Red Cross to teach first-aid and CPR courses. Jill and Jarret have operated Open Arms and Noah’s Ark with a family-first approach and take the well-being of kids and families' happiness to heart.
