Both Open Arms and Noah’s Ark have Arkansas Better Chance (ABC) classrooms. This program is specifically for 3- and 4-year-olds and is income-based. If qualified, your child can attend free of charge from the hours of 8-3. This program operates on a very similar schedule to the Mountain Home Public School. Open Arms also accepts child-care vouchers which will cover the full or partial cost of child tuition. The voucher program is run and determined by DHS.

We also participate in Better Beginnings which is a quality rating program that rates participating centers in Arkansas on a scale of 1-6 with 6 being the best. We are proud to announce Open Arms is level 5 and Noah’s Ark at level 3. Among other factors, this rating is heavily based on the environments and interactions at our centers. Our teacher/child ratios are much smaller than those found at other centers. We believe this provides the best opportunity for your child. Research shows low ratios and high-quality interactions are important indicators for great outcomes.
